“As we navigate through these temporary pains, please remember that every effort is being made to ensure a stable and prosperous future for all Nigerians. Our collective strength and unity will pave the way for a brighter tomorrow. We are in this together, and we will overcome.”
Netizens reacted swiftly, with some praising the President’s message while others criticized it as mere rhetoric. @IAMLADILADI commented, “This is a better address to the nation than the previous. However, speech alone cannot end the suffering of the people. Please, sir, say subsidy is back for the next 6 months for a start and return the price of fuel to 150 Naira.”
@Timmydenyd was more scathing, saying, “You and other members of the house are obviously not in this with us… we don’t fly your jet! Oga, do the right thing and stop all this skit you’re dropping joor!!”
