Renowned social commentator, Daniel Regha, has sparked a national conversation with his latest call to action, urging Nigerians to shift their focus from blaming one tribe or region for the country’s challenges and instead hold their local leaders accountable.
In a statement that has gone viral, Regha highlighted the importance of collective responsibility in governance, emphasizing that each state has a governor, senators, House of Representatives members, House of Assembly members, commissioners, Special Advisers, Local Government chairmen, and councillors, all hailing from that state.
“Now, before you blame just one tribe/region for bad governance or the situation of Nigeria, ask yourself what leaders from your state have done to be standouts,” Regha challenged.
